Douglas Racine

Douglas Racine is a nature photographer whose works were published on the Smithsonian Zoological Park Website. Racine captures nature and its environment at its best! While living in New England, Racine was inspired by the natural environment of waterfalls, nature and wildlife. He is able to capture the subtle engagements and swift movements of birds that would otherwise be unobservable. Racine’s ability to patiently collect photographic interactions between birds and the environment is evident in the images he captures.
