Douglas Racine was born in Rhode Island and presently lives in Upper State New York where is an engineer by trade. Racine’s ability to patiently collect photographic interactions between birds and the environment is evident in the images he captures. He has been known to track tagged Bald Eagles for miles to get the best photos of this incredible bird in flight, fishing or nesting.
